How do I book a consultation?

Simply visit our services page and fill out the booking form with your preferred service and contact details. We will respond within one business day.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Rescheduling is always possible with adequate notice.

Do you travel to clients?

Yes, for wardrobe detox and certain consultation services, we can visit your home within our service areas.

Response times may vary during peak periods. For urgent enquiries, please include "URGENT" in your email subject line. All appointments are subject to availability. We respect your privacy and handle all enquiries with discretion.
